wonderful stay!

helpful staff good coffee comfortable beds

the staff was really helpful and cute, i felt very well taken care of. the breakfast had good coffee and an excellent alpine ambiance. after i checked out, they held my luggage for me, great, the beds were amazingly comfortable.

The room was a bit dusty. The dining room floor was only hoovered once during my entire stay, a minor issue though.

the room was cozy and very clean, i really enjoyed the good service. the hotel placed me in a quiet area, it was still a short walk to the center. they made the room every day.

The hotel is very close to many restaurants! mountain views of avoriaz and the slopes were visible each morning. the hotel allowed me to leave luggage after check out. This was a real plus.

good coffee alpine ambiance small room shower head

The breakfast was perfect with good coffee. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Sleeping was never a problem. I appreciate i could leave my luggage until my departure later in the day. There was a real alpine ambiance in the hotel.

The rooms are dated and quite small. There was no shower head holder. showering became challenging. I found the pool to be cold. It made swimming not enjoyable.

The breakfast offered good variety. The service was attentive. the location is quite close to the gondola. i appreciated that my luggage was stored after check-out until my departure later that day.

noisy road unheated storage

i stayed in a classic twin room. the road outside was really noisy (woke me up early every morning). also, the ski storage area wasn't heated and was quite a trek down a tiny staircase.

adequate but with drawbacks

cold pool poor housekeeping

the location was good, about a 5-minute walk to the lifts.

The pool was too cold for my children to enjoy, and i specifically booked this hotel for the pool. also, housekeeping wasn't as thorough as i hoped. The rubbish was not taken out, even when bagged up and kept tidy (i found this quite disappointing).
